Scan Entire Home Directory: When you need to scan your all files in your hosting account then this option scans all of the files in your account. It’s looking for all of the infected your website files.
Scan Public Web Space: When you need to scan the particulars public_html directory then this option scans the public_html directory in your account, It’s considering for your infected website files. If any website files will be reported to be infected with virus then you should run this scan regularly to check.
Scan Public FTP Space: when you need to scan particulars public_ftp directory while sharing files using FTP then this option scans the public_ftp directory in your account. It’s looking for infected files. You need to run this scan when you are share files using FTP.

Ignore: If you are select this option, the virus scanner can’t deletes the infected files. Its simply ignore the infected file unchanged.
Step 6) Now you need to select destroy option to destroy the malwares which are infecting the files in your hosting account.
