Domain Parking is a feature in your cPanel which allows you to add and manage redirection of a unique registered domain name. By using domain parking you can add a domain to your park domains and easily redirect it to a desired URL/website.
For example: If you own 2 domains that is abcdomain.com, xyzdomain.com and you are having your website at abcdomain.com. So domain parking can be used here to make a single website visible on both the domain names. For that you simply need to add the domain in your parked domain and then set the redirection to the other domain on which you are having your website.
Domain parking is also used by the speculators as they own many domains and they can use it show the custom message like “Domain On Sale” or any other.
Please note that a parked domain is just a name to which you cannot use to create custom emails or to create an independent website. Also a domain can only be parked if it is having the same name-servers as that of your hosting plan in which you are going to park it.
